Installed floor to ceiling on each of 4 walls in a private dining room in a popular
seaside restaurant, the mosaic work creates an eclectic yet informal tone to space.
Various small vintage glass bottles are embedded here and there within
the mosaic work, with hints of “message in the bottle” washed up on the beach.

This project was done “community-style”. Without an illustration as a template,
and no in-studio setting work, the job of simply adhering broken tiles was done
directly onto the walls with a team of helpers.
