I’m still telling everyone what a fabulous time I had at your mosaic retreat and trying to find tiles to start something or other here. Thank you for a super fun introduction and sharing your mosaic and cooking talents, I enjoyed all of it!

I love my Colby mosaic!!!  That class was so much fun.

I was a student in your May class.  I did the portrait of Winston. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your class, your guidance, compassion and artistic talent.  I really stretched out of my comfort zone and it felt great.

Moreover, my son and his wife were so very touched by Winston’s portrait.  I gave it to him at his birthday celebration, and I will say there was not a dry eye in the group.

It is my hope that you realize the depth of your spirit to teach others as you have touched many a heart.  You have been given a great gift, and for that I am thankful.

Thank you very much for the invitation to the grouting party, Delaine. I have to confess that I bravely grouted my mother’s “Teddy” portrait all on my own, wrapped it up, and put it under the Christmas tree.

My mother is delighted with the result (you know how nice mothers are about their children’s first attempts at artwork!), and now my only problem is that she would like a matching portrait of her “Einstein” the other Shih-Tzu who also passed away last year.

Any chance you’ll be doing the pet portrait mosaic class again soon? Many thanks for ALL your help in making my mother’s Christmas so happy. You are an excellent teacher, and I would love to take a class from you again.
